Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
All deliveries are made by express road freight carriers.

Shipping Costs and Free Freight
1. Furniture Items: Any Furniture items will incur a shipping charge. This will be quoted for delivery before your order is processed.
2. Free Freight Exclusions: Free Freight is NOT included for the following areas:
Any areas in QLD, WA, NT, TAS.
Regional areas in SYDNEY and ADELAIDE.
1. Melbourne Metro Only: Free Delivery is available for orders placed over the amount of $300.00 (Melbourne Metro only, exclusions may apply).
Delivery Requirements and Redelivery Fees
1. Signature Required: Deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
2. Authority To Leave (ATL): All orders placed with us are designated as Authority To Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order.
3. Redelivery Charge: If a customer elects NOT to have an Authority To Leave and delivery is not completed on the first attempt, the customer will be charged a re-delivery fee.
Shipping Restrictions
1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. Any shipping to a remote area will incur an additional $50 fee.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
2. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Lost Shipments
1. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2. If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in initiating a claim with the carrier.
